By browsing or ordering from 3DLuxeLab you agree to these terms. The site and its content are provided as-is for your personal, non-commercial use.

Orders & pricing

• Prices are shown at checkout and may change before an order is placed.
• Most pieces are made to order; placing an order starts production once payment clears.
• We may decline or cancel an order (with a refund) for reasons including pricing errors, unavailability, or suspected fraud.

Commissions

Custom commissions are governed by the scope, timeline, and quote we agree with you, plus these terms. Design deposits are credited toward the final invoice; the refundable portion is whatever we agree before work begins. Personalized or custom work cannot be returned once production starts.

Intellectual property

All original designs, photography, branding, and site content are the property of 3DLuxeLab. You may not reproduce or resell our original designs without permission. See our Licensing & IP statement for how we handle franchise and fan work.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms. You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, 3DLuxeLab is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date reflects the current version.
