What we collect

• Contact & commission requests: your name, email, and the details you share when you message us.
• Orders: items purchased, order amount, and the email and shipping details needed to fulfil and deliver your order.
• Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number.
• Preferences: your light/dark theme choice is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and never sent to us.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiries, quote and produce commissions, process and ship orders, provide support, and keep records required for our business and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run the studio — for example Stripe (payments) and our email provider for sending order and inquiry messages — and authorities where required by law. These providers process your data on our behalf under their own terms.

Customer photos & reviews

We only publish a customer's photo, review, or name when we have that customer's explicit permission, and we record that consent. We never display submissions we don't have permission to use. To withdraw permission for something already published, email us and we'll remove it.

Cookies & tracking

We aim to keep this site lightweight and do not run third-party advertising trackers. Essential functionality (like remembering your theme) uses local browser storage, not tracking cookies.
