What does 3DLuxeLab make?
We're a premium multi-printer studio with serious range: gallery-quality cosplay and props, finely finished figures, original sculpture and design objects, and a high-end devotional art line. We also take on custom commissions.
Do you sell the Star Wars, Warhammer 40K, LOTR or Mario pieces I see in the gallery?
No. Those fan and franchise pieces are commissioned, one-off demonstrations of craftsmanship shown in our gallery to illustrate our range and finish. They are not products and are not for sale. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Our shop sells original designs, the devotional line, and custom commission work.
Can I commission a custom piece?
Absolutely — it's a big part of what we do. Tell us about your project on the commissions page: scale, materials, deadline, and any reference images. We reply within two business days with an approach, timeline, and price. A design deposit gets your slot and is credited toward your final invoice.
How long do orders take?
Most pieces are made to order. Typical lead times are shown on each product page — often a few days for original designs and around five to seven days for devotional pieces, plus shipping. Commissions vary by scope and we'll quote a timeline up front.
What materials and finishes do you use?
We print in-house across multiple machines using high-resolution resin and engineering-grade filament, then finish by hand — sanding, filling, priming, airbrushing, and gilding as a piece calls for. The goal is gallery quality, every time.
How are the devotional lanterns made?
Each is a multi-layer lithophane: an image rendered in fine relief that stays subtle by day and glows when lit. We tune the gradients by hand so the artwork reads beautifully at every brightness, then mount it on a finished base with an LED votive. They're designed to be heirlooms, not novelties.
How do I care for my piece?
Keep pieces out of direct sunlight and away from heat (printed materials can soften). Dust gently with a soft, dry brush or microfiber cloth; avoid harsh solvents. Devotional lanterns use a battery LED votive — never an open flame. See our Care guide for details.
Will you reproduce a copyrighted character for me?
We create original and commissioned original work, and we don't reproduce other creators' intellectual property as products. The franchise pieces in our gallery are one-off craftsmanship demonstrations, not a service we sell. If you have a custom idea, reach out and we'll let you know how we can help.
How do payments and checkout work?
Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. You can pay by major card and supported wallets; we never see or store your card details. You'll receive an email receipt, and made-to-order pieces enter our print queue once payment is confirmed.
What about shipping and returns?
We ship carefully packaged orders to several countries. Rates and timelines are calculated at checkout. Because most pieces are made to order, please review our Shipping & Returns policy for what can and can't be returned.
